Explain the significance of the Qur’an and the Sunnah as the primary sources of Islamic beliefs, practice, and law, and their influence in Muslims’ daily life. Objective: Students will be able to explain how Muhammad’s actions led to the spread of Islam by examining primary and non-primary sources. Begin Lesson 4 packet studying how Islam spread as a result of Muhammad's messages. Independent Station: Gray Group: Step 1: Complete your history packet (Lesson 4) and when you are done turn it into the cohort bin. Step 2: Double check that you are all caught up with your Fahrenheit 451 packet. You should have completed pages: 1-12, and turned in two exit tickets (pages 14 & 16 in your packet).
